many thanks to my imaginary internet friends in blog-world. after my little injection yesterday, I was a little altered, and almost pain-killer dialed (much worse than drunk dialing!) the guy behind the little reminder, since he was one of the few that understood how messed up the entire last year of my life has been... instead I sat on some ice, wrote a little and read a few blogs... disaster averted!
